At the end of July, I start to promote ads in VN,The effect is not bad, beacuse it take about CNY 10-20 for each buyer.But I found that the most buyer expressed they wanted do business with loical agent,which prompted me to visit buyer in VN after one month.
Then I booked the flight time of 28th Aug to vn and back time of 7th Sep.After one month promoting, there are about fifty or sixty buyers. At the last week of departure,I reserved all buyer in vn. As I only stayed in Ho chi min,after checking, there are fivee buyers qualified.And three buyers accepted the invitation.Compared with textile industry,all buyers in vn did not have detail appointment time.All said we could meet when you were in vn. I arrived vn on 28th Aug, then I told buyer buyer that we could have meeting.But I did not know that from 1st Sep to 4th Sep is national holiday in vn,The acutal meeting time is from 5th Sep to 6th Sep.Finnally,I had meeting with two buyer which is the best buyers.
On 6th Sep, I visited Khanh,who sell the date printer in vn. Date printer is accessory machine. At beginning,he told he was not good at English, and not willing to have meeting. And I planned to develop him to our agent in local.There are two reasons,First,he sell the accessory machine, he must have some buyer.Second,I need one local agent to help me to solve the mistrust issue.We had a happy meeting and he said, due to not invest funds, we will help me to catch the order and he just collect 1%-2% from order. But I considered that the value of machine is not big, I can gave you 3% from order.But on 9th Sep, I emailed to him that for my order, I could give hin 3%/4%/%5,for his order, I could give him 7%/9%/10%. The next work is that I need make full use of this agent to help me catch the order.
On 7th Sep, I visited Toan Tran who is the most hopeful to deal with the order and the most professional person.Before Meeting, I visited his factory, where was filling beer.All questions confirmed with me are from their actual work. At meeting room, There were three person, One is his boss and is his technical staff. Toan Tran and his boss can speak english.I am not good at english and not familar about professional knowledge and expose many problems. So we had to talk by google.Then I ask my factory about question to answer Toan Tran.This is my weakness and the importent experience.
This is my first time to visit buyer by myself.After this trip, I had to be in factory and buyer in future.
